DO YOU OFFER SHORT TERM STORAGE?
Sure do! Stay as long or as short as you like! We do not lock you into a lease duration.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A CONTAINER?
Our containers are $80 per week (inc GST)
You will also be required to pay a security bond of $300. This is fully refundable when you leave the facility provided the container is in the condition you received it
Before you are provided access to your container; you will need to pay your bond and the first month's rent - if you are staying less than one month you will pay for the duration of your lease prior to entry
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We require payment via Direct Debit
Your rental payments will be debited via GoCardless for secure payment processing.
Yes, you must pay via GoCardless. You can choose to pay weekly or monthly - rent is always paid in advance
DO YOU REQUIRE ANY ID?
Yes - you will be required to sign our storage terms and conditions and provide photo ID prior to leasing a container.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if your credit check or storage history reveal a negative rating

The containers are Standard 20 foot shipping containers

CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE IN YOUR FACILITY?
No we do not offer vehicle storage
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are on Ivanhoe Ave Edwardstown - right behind the Bunnings!
DO YOU PROVIDE CONTENTS INSURANCE?
No - we do not provide any contents insurance. The contents of your container is your responsibility to insure.​
HOW IS MY CONTAINER LOCKED?
You will provide your own lock. Our containers are fitted with lock boxes to keep your padlock secure. If you wish to use the lock box, you will require a padlock with a long shackle
Once you have signed on to lease a container and paid your deposit and first month's rent, we will provide you with a code for the gate.
This gives you access 24/7 to the site and your container
In the evenings the site has flood lights so you can access your container at any time of day or night
WHAT SECURITY DO YOU OFFER?
We have multiple recording security cameras on site
The site is fully fenced and locked
Each individual container is also locked
DO YOU HAVE SACK TROLLEY'S OR PACKING BOXES?
No - we do not supply any moving items such as sack trolley's, forklifts, packing boxes, tape, shelving etc
CAN I PUT SHELVING INTO MY CONTAINER?
You can fit out your container with shelving or racking - PROVIDED it is not permanent and does not damage the container in any way.
Free standing shelves and racking is perfectly suited to these containers
ARE THE CONTAINERS WATERPROOF?
Yes the containers are waterproof
OK I DEFINITELY WANT TO STORE WITH YOU - WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Step 1 - Call 0408 805 996 to check if there are any containers available
Step 2 - Come to our office in Edwardstown to sign the Ts&Cs and Provide photo ID
Step 3 - Pay the Deposit and First Month's Rent (via electronic funds transfer)
Step 4 - Sign up to GoCardless with the link we email to you
Step 5 - Once we receive payment and GoCardless confirmation, we will provide you with a move in date and gate code
